In Chains, what was the name of the book Isabel stole from the Lockton's library?

The title of the book was Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe.

I do not entirely agree with saying that Isabel stole the book though.  The book never left the Lockton property, and Isabel put the book back on the shelf after she finished reading parts of it.  I would say that is more like borrowing.  As a slave, Isabel is not supposed to know how to read.  She has to hide the ability from the Locktons throughout the book.  She "steals" moments in order to read Robinson Crusoe, and Isabel never allows anybody to know that she is reading the book.  That would get her into a great deal of trouble, especially from Madam Lockton.

Isabel does remove a book from the Lockton property as she makes her escape.  She takes her copy of Thomas Paine's book Common Sense; however, I do not count that as stealing either.  The book is Isabel's book in the first place.  She can't steal what already belongs to her.
